Gary Moore, who is recognised as the Border's leading chef and one of Scotland's top chefs, launched his own business in April 2003, after working most of his life in either 5 star or rosetted establishments. He has been privileged to have cooked at functions for heads of states, politicans & celebrities including being invited to become a member of the team that catered for the opening of the Scottish Parliament. Often having catered for up to 2500 he brings his expertise to your special event.

Lesley Moore, co-owner, has over 30 years experience in the catering and hotel trade, from managering them to co-owner to working in the busiest bar in South Africa. She has a wealth of experience.

Sam Moore, co-owner, has followed in the family footsteps into the catering trade. He started working for his father then in early 2008 left the nest to train further in 5 star hotels in Edinburgh. In 2007 he received the accolade of young chef of the year for under 23 year olds when only 17.

Gary has also made regular guest appearances on local radio and television and, in November 2004, helped compile and launch a cookery book on behalf of the 'Lavender Touch', a local charity supporting cancer sufferers by providing aromatherapy.
